Velcro sanding discs remove rust and paint, clean and level welds, and prepare them for final finishing. They attach to a compatible quick-change backing pad or mandrel to reduce the time it takes to refresh a disc or change grits. Quick-change discs can be removed and reapplied so they're a good choice for applications where the disc is changed out before fully worn.
